Salvatore’s wildly acclaimed Pizza Classes offers a 2.5 hours "hands on" pizza making activity where participants will get to mix, knead, round, portion, stretch by hand the dough,using the authentic way:"like Nonna used to do”. After that, Salvatore will dazzle your colleagues with his pizza acrobatic followed by a little training,so that in no time, all the participants will start throwing pizzas from one side to the other!!
The last part of the pizza class is a real MASTERCHEF experience with Pizza challenges for guests to team up and compete. The 2nd one is the "MICHELANGELO AWARD" : the same pairs will challenge the others on making the best creation by naming, decorating, topping the pizza. The pizza class finishes with a little award ceremony with prizes and certificates for all the winners of the competitions.
