Our spectacular back bar features over 950 drams that are perfect for a nip or matched to our list of 50+ craft beers enjoyed as our signature drink the ‘Boilermaker’. 

The Boilermaker is a drinking tradition of matching a beer to a whisky and imbibing simultaneously creating a drinking experience greater than the sum of its parts. There is no finer companion to a nice whisky than a frosty beer.

Boilermaker House has taken this experience to the next level with 950 whiskies, 12 tap beers and over 40 bottled beers the possibilities are endless. Our talented team is passionate about all things whisky and have gone to great lengths to create an amazing selection of whiskies from all over the world.

While our name suggests that indeed our signature is a Boilermaker we also offer an amazing and unique selection of cocktails – created by our award winning bar team. Our Whisky or Beer flights are also a fantastic way to enjoy our ever changing and rotating lists.

Our food menu is all about delicious plates matched to the business of boozing. Here you’ll find venison burgers, scotch steaks and pork belly. Our custom built meat and cheese bar showcases some of the world’s most sought after artisanal cheeses and cured meats along with house made pates, terrines and pickles.

Along with our A la Carte offerings Boilermaker House offers a unique Drinks Matched Dinner – 3 – courses expertly matched to beer, whisky, Boilermakers or Cocktails.

Boilermaker House is the second Melbourne venue from The Speakeasy Group, the team behind award winning Eau-de-Vie Melbourne and Sydney, The Roosevelt and Mojlner.
