Eau-de-Vie is a French expression that translates to “water of life”. Spirits such as French brandy (eaux-de-vie), whisk(e)y, vodka and aquavit from Norway all take their names from the alchemic notion that spirits were an elixir of life.

The Eau-de-Vie food menu features a tapas style dishes and share plates along with artisanal cheeses and charcuterie from the best purveyors around the globe.

The WHISKY ROOM is Eau-de-Vie’s private event space, hidden away behind a bookcase door. Home to our private whisky lockers and hard to find drams this exclusive space can be hired for up to 40 guests for bespoke events and unique experiences.

Eau-de-Vie’s cocktail matched degustations are held in THE LIBRARY. This dining concept centred around our custom-built table focuses on the matching and pairing of cocktails to the 5-course menu created by our head chef. Hosted by one of our award winning bar tenders the Degustation is a rich, theatrical and unique experience and is available for up to 16 guests booked privately or as a shared offering.

Cocktail Masterclass:

Cocktail Masterclasses are hosted by one of our team and can be held as either part of an evening function or as an afternoon event. The sessions run for 1.5hrs and are available for between 6 – 20 guests. Starting at $75 per person classes include your knowledgeable host and 3 cocktails of your selection and light snacks.
